Alma Auto was founded in 2020 as a response to a simple market truth: people needed a car service where things just worked clearly and reliably.
Too often, customers were left guessing — how long the repair would take, why the bill looked like that, or who was really responsible. We wanted to change that.
We started with the basics: built solid processes, formed a team, and developed a transparent communication model. Trust doesn’t come from promises — it’s built in the details: in timing, diagnostics, and clarity at every step.
